What's included in the package?

All the bags are packed only with dust bag and without the original box, please contact us if you want full set of packaging.

QC Photos

We can provide QC photos with your own ID for each item in your order. But please contact us if you do need the QC photos otherwise we will send the package directly for shipping.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for all duties and taxes and we not collect any duties and taxes upfront because the carrier will collect them at the time of delivery.

In fact, the chance of being imposed duties & taxes is less than 5%, since we always declare a relatively low value for our goods.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need to sign up for an account to checkout. However, please make sure to fill in the correct and complete recipient information on the checkout page, as we are not responsible for any mistakes made by customers filling in the wrong address.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal (Goods & Services). If you get a "failure" when checking out by PayPal, see: Solution to PayPal Failure.
Stripe. Update: We have temporarily removed Stripe payment from our website.
PayPal (Friends & Family). Please contact us first to get payment address if you want to pay with cryptocurrencies. 10% discount is offered for this payment method.
Cryptocurrencies. Please contact us first to get a payment address if you want to pay with cryptocurrencies. 15% discount is offered for this payment method.
Western Union / MoneyGram / Wise / Remitly / World Remit. Please contact us first to get a payment address if you want to pay with these ways. 15% discount is offered for this payment method.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Time & Free Shipping

Free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order in our warehouse for 2 - 4 days, and then arrange international shipping and send you the tracking number.

The specific time it takes for international shipping is depending on the shipping methods you choose and the delivery area. For most countries:

Free Shipping: E-EMS and special air-line are the primary shipping methods we choose for free shipping orders, most orders will be delivered within 8 - 14 days.
Express Shipping: $35 USD, 4 - 7 days, we'll make a selection among Fedex/UPS/DHL based on your area.
