Note for all Chrome Hearts products: all CH products are made of pure and full 925 sterling silver, NOT silver-plated.

(If contains) Note for all 22K Gold & Diamonds & Gems products

If contains, all 22K gold products are gold-plated, the base material is also 925 sterling silver. We use multi-layer electroplating technology, it will not be easy to lose color.
If contains, all the diamonds are zirconia stones (AAA quality) instead of real diamonds.
If contains, all the gems are synthetic gems instead of natural gems.

Shipping & Free Shipping

You guys really don't have to worry about anything related to shipping, my team will handle all the shipping matters after you place your order, all you have to do is just wait for the package to arrive at your doorstep!

Total shipping time depends on your choice of the following shipping methods when you checkout:

Free Shipping: E-EMS and special air-line are the primary shipping methods I choose for free shipping orders, most orders will be delivered within 12 days.

Express Shipping: $30 USD, 3 - 6 days, I'll make a selection among Fedex/UPS/DHL based on your area. Or you can contact me to specify a courier.

Note that once the payment is confirmed, I will process your order in my warehouse for 1-2 days, and then arrange international shipping and send you the tracking number.

14-Day Return Policy

All products are packed with original box and full set of packaging.

QC Photos

We can provide QC photos with your own ID for each item in your order. But please contact us if you do need the QC photos otherwise we will send the package directly for shipping.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for all duties and taxes and we not collect any duties and taxes upfront because the carrier will collect them at the time of delivery.

In fact, the chance of being imposed duties & taxes is less than 5%, since we always declare a relatively low value for our goods.

Do I need an account to place an order?
